Our story.

TechPhil didn’t start as a Solution Provider. It started with Austin’s idea for a marketplace for barbers. He did what every good founder should. He researched the market in depth and sketched his first designs on paper until the vision was clear.

When he took that vision to an agency, he was surprised. There was very little support for non-technical founders and SMBs. Plenty of people could write code. Few could act as a true tech partner and help you work out what to build and why.

That gap is why TechPhil exists. Austin co-founded the business with his father to be the technology partner he couldn’t find. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside some amazing small and medium businesses.

As technology evolved, so did we. Today we build tech applications, automation and AI, plus Phily, our own AI receptionist. All of it is focused on helping businesses transform the way they work.

What hasn’t changed is our approach. Every business is on a different journey, so we start by understanding how yours operates. Then we build what matters.

Our vision is to be the technology partner every small and medium business deserves, so they can grow with confidence and focus on what they do best.
